Just Dance! KREW is a Charleston, S.C. Hip Hop performance team with dancers ages 5-18. Students take two hip hop dance classes weekly at our West Ashley studio and perform at local events. The goal of JD KREW is to give dancers an opportunity to consistently perform hip hop specific numbers, while still having time to participate in other activities. Company, Collective, and Mini Mini dancers may also join KREW.

2023 – 2024 JD KREW Audition Information

JD KREW dancers participate in multiple local performances throughout the year. It is possible a local competition will also be added to the schedule. More information coming soon!

JD KREW Weekly Class Requirements:

JD KREW dancers are required to take two hip hop dance classes, but may take more if they are interested. Check out our class schedule for more information.

JD KREW Cost:

With the requirement of two hop his classes, the maximum cost will be $170 per month for those two required classes (cost varies based on class length). Click here for more information about studio tuition fees.

Performances will require costumes be purchased. It is estimated that costumes will be approximately $150 per year.

All dancers performing in the Year End Performance will also be required to pay a Year End Performance Fee of $125.

JD KREW Performance Requirements:

• Participation in all required performances and competition (if added to schedule)
• Participation in all rehearsals
• Participation in all dress rehearsals (typically held the weekend before the first performance)
• Participation in any master classes that are scheduled
• Participation in the annual Year-End Performance
• Purchasing required costumes, shoes and accessories
