50+ Alumni, 25 Years, One Stage
This June, Charleston Dance Center marks its 25th Annual Year-End Performance with something truly memorable.
More than 50 alumni will return to perform — some stepping onstage for the first time in over a decade — on the same stage where their dance journeys began.
From college students and professional performers to teachers, parents, and working professionals, these alumni span every era of Just Dance over the past 25 years. They’re coming back not just to perform, but to recognize the studio, mentors, and shared experience that shaped their paths.

This performance is more than a routine — it’s a reunion. A shared moment that bridges generations of dancers, bringing past and present together to honor a legacy built by Buffi, Gaga, Kim, and Lindsey — and carried forward by every dancer who’s called this place home.

For many, this performance is less about the choreography and more about what’s behind it: the friendships, the rehearsals, the setbacks, and the wins that defined their experience.
There’s something incredibly special and nostalgic about being reunited for such a meaningful milestone – reliving the moments that shaped us and dancing alongside the people who were, and still are, like family, without missing a beat!

Charleston Dance Center has always been more than a studio. It’s where confidence took root, friendships grew, and a community was built.
Expect joy. Expect tears. Expect a few throwback moves.
But most of all? Expect to feel the magic of 25 years of dancers — past and present — taking the stage together to celebrate a legacy that’s still dancing strong.
This special Alumni Dance is part of our 25th anniversary celebration and will be performed at the Year End Performance on June 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
